Zotrim Weight Loss Review

No Dieting Or Exercise Required

Zotrim is a unique method to achieve weight loss because it does not require any exercise nor does it require that one follow any diet or that one doesn't eat any particular food. Instead it works by making one feel fuller faster when they are eating a meal and by helping them in retaining that sense of "fullness" for longer after the meal has been consumed. This, of course, leads to less calories being consumed which inevitably leads to weight loss.

Comparison Of Results To Diets

There has been scientific research on which weight loss approaches work best and in this research Zotrim had better results than Slim Fast, Weight Watchers, and the Atkins Diet.

The average weekly weight loss on Zotrim (with no dieting or exercise) was 1.75 pounds per week. In comparison those on Weight Watchers lost 1.30 pounds per week, those on the Atkins Diet lost 1.43 pounds per week, and those using Slim Fast lost 1.02 pounds per week.

This proves how important portion control is to losing weight because essentially portion control is what Zotrim helps it's users achieve. These results prove that generally eating less is more important than what is eaten.

Feeling Full Is The Key

Of course most people eat too much because they don't yet feel full (this can partly be mitigated by eating more slowly) and Zotrim fixes this problem because it makes those that use it feel full sooner and to continue to feel full long after they've eaten (to lower the probability of snacking.)
